Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped with a tracking number where available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

For international orders, please contact us before placing your order via the WhatsApp button on our website or email us at info@btangshop.com for a shipping quotation and delivery information.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during sale periods, public holidays, or promotional events.

  Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  * Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  * Have all original tags attached.
  * Be returned in their original condition.

Please note that custom-made, made-to-measure, personalised, and altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
